What is the timeline for shipping?

*CRX Orders: All orders will be processed and shipped the following week after CRX. 

Our store will be open for a certain amount of time, after which all orders will be processed and shipped the following week.
Note: We are not liable for any products lost in transit. 


What if I receive my order and it's damaged?

If any products have been damaged upon receipt, please provide a photo of the damage and a copy of your order confirmation, upon which we will send a replacement.


What if the order I received was incorrect?

If the order you received is incorrect, please provide a photo of what you received and your order confirmation. We will provide a shipping label for you at no cost to you to return the order and ship you the correct order.

What if I want a refund?

If you would like a refund, you will have to pay for shipping to return the order and, upon receipt of the order, we will issue a refund.
